Here's my variation, made last night and they got much love... 2.5 cups flour, .5 cup fine cornmeal, 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 c. warm water. Combine all in mixer. Take 1 to 2 inch pieces and roll out flat and thin. Cook on oiled cast iron pan on medium until browned. Watch out, it doesn't take long.

3 cups flour + 1 tsp salt cup vegetable oil + 1 cup warm water, combine into dough, roll into ball, pinch into inch pieces balls, cook until brown specks form on both sides
