4 claras 125 grs azucar flor 200 grs pistachos 100 grs almendras  1 pizca de sal vainilla  Se montan 4 claras a punto de nieve con una pizca de sal y de vainilla. Se añaden 125 g de azúcar flor sin dejar de batir. Se tuestan 200 g de pistachos y 100 de almendras y se mezclan con el merengue.  Disponer la mezcla en el molde para turron de acero IBILI y llevar a horno entre 20 y 30 ºC a temperatura baja, hasta que quede bien seco.
