Rouge Double Chocolate (ADI) Stout is 9 ABV and 50 IBU. Appearance is virtually black and the nose bitter cocoa. The palate is roasty semi-sweet cocoa nib with a strong bitter hop presence. The mouthfeel is moderate and creamy with a lower carbonation and the alcohol all but hidden. This is a top notch chocolate stout and one of the best I've had in recent memory. Easily recommended, absolutely find it in a bomber size. Makes for a wonderful dessert beer yet avoids being too sweet.
