Avacado Chocolate Mousse - Raw & Delicious! (Courtesy of a running friend of mine!) 2 ripe Avocados 2 Tbsp. Raw honey 2 Tbsp. Cocao powder 1/4 Vanilla Pinch of seasalt Place all ingredients in processor & blend slowly adding a tablespoon of water. More until you have your desired consistency. Next time I will try peppermint tea or peppermint water for a chocolate mint. I also added 1/2 tsp of Braggs (or soy sauce) totally optional.
