Horace Greasley-This guy was ultimate badass, sneaked in and out of POW camp 200 times to visit his Jewish-German babe.

Frank Buckles, the last surviving US veteran of World War I, passed away in 2011 at age 110. He enlisted August 14, 1917 after convincing an Army captain he was 18 when he was actually 16 1/2. Buckles served in England and France, working as a driver and warehouse clerk. After Armistice Day, Buckles helped return POWs to Germany. Buckles also survived being a civilian POW in the Philippines during World War II.
