Yes this is vegan, and its amazing! Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip tastes like the traditional dish but so much better. Soy, dairy, oil, and gluten free! - I left out artichoke and increased the spinach 🙂
When short of time and not interested in junk food outside, I love to have a quick snack at home - such as this super tasty olive hummus into which I can just dip fresh veggies or bread and be happy. :) And olives are too, so it's a win-win.
