Reading corner - I love the wooden letters (from JoAnn's painted white) the framed book covers. IKEA spice racks painted white for the bookshelves and dot rugs from IKEA. I would love to do this in a corner of our family room!

Love this idea - create a place for peace.     A retreat to think, rest, read or just decompress.  Hung curtain which can be closed.  round tube out of garden material (or pool noodle), hooks on wall.  shelves for some books.  framed numbers.  area rug and some pillows.
