Uniform of Testot Ferry, a very distinguished French Cavalry veteran of the armies of the First French Republic, First French Empire and Bourbon Restoration. He was called out by Napoleon personally on three separate occasions for his bravery in battle. A well-known figure of the Napoleonic wars during that time, but is rarely heard of today. A hero truly lost to history.
