A RARE EARLY EGYPTIAN MOSAIC GLASS SNAKE HEAD, late New Kingdom, ca. 1375-1180 BC. Opaque, blue and yellow striped mosaic glass with white and blue eyes. Very early example of Mosaic glass. 1.5". Flake on tip. A related snake head is known from the Amarna royal tombs.
