the more i use my Gelli plate, the more possibilities i find.  i can’t wait to start incorporating it into my mixed media pieces!  the size i used here was the 6″ x 6″.  well, this past weekend my husband bought me the next size up – the 8″x 10″ – as an early birthday present.  i can’t wait to use it!

I got so absorbed that then I had to make a few foam stamps. And I couldnt stop there. I had to see how they would look on fabric so I hauled out my fabric paint and the Gelli. -- Through My Window, Holly M

A Valentines Project with Gelli® Prints -- I took some finished prints that showed some of my favorite monoprinting techniques – stencils, layers, texture tools, etc. – to use for this project. For extra dimension, I embellished my prints using Tulip Puffy Paint.

The Gelli printing plate is so addicting that you spend a lot of time making prints (Now I have to think of cool projects in which to use the prints!). If you are like me, you do NOT want to waste any paint or ink during the process so always have on hand journal books, tags, or some kind of paper, cardboard, etc. to mop up the access paint and ink which in turn will give you even more backgrounds!
