The clear cover over the image is the world's largest table cut diamond. It belonged to the Romanov czars. Not technically a faceted stone, but it certainly is fabulous jewelry! I personally saw this piece and the diamond is absolutely clear.
An Art Nouveau silver lapis lazuli and turquoise pendant by Paul Briançon, depicting two well detailed facing large cats, the lapis lazuli background depicting the night sky. The silver frame with grotesque mask above and the lynx style cats tails looping
