Bombay Sapphire Tom Collins 2 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin 1 part fresh lemon juice part agave nectar Club soda Pour first three ingredients into a Collins glass with ice and stir well. Add more ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
