Mexican Stuffed Peppers-- one of the most requested meals in our home. The filling recipe is also fabulous for burritos, salads, nachos, tacos and tons of other dinners. We usually make this with ground turkey.

Lasagna Timpano up the whole thing and put in the oven for an hour and fifteen at 350 degrees. Then, flip it over, only (!) after you have let it to sit for about half an hour. Cut and serve! OMG that loooks so good. I gotta try it.
