Get a bucket, put a cup in the center of the bucket and weigh the cup down with something (i.e. rocks) and surround the cup with water and ice. fill ice water with decorations (i.e candy canes, glitter, etc.) and freeze. when frozen remove creation from bucket and cup and put a tealight candle in the middle (where the cup was). enjoy!
