Pepperoni Roll Ups- OUR REVIEW: This is out favorite one thus far! Wow, it was delicious. A few tips we found to make it go easier. When you have them rolled up and ready to bake, put toothpicks where the seam is to keep is from coming open while baking. Tip #2, after you butter the top, sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Tip #3, Serve with marinara sauce, alfredo sauce or basil pesto sauce. :) Yummy! This could be a once a week meal for us!
Pizza Monkey Bread -- 2 cans "grands-type" biscuits, cut into 1/4's; 1 stick butter; 1-2 tsp chopped garlic; 1 to 1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning; 1 Tbsp chopped chives; 1 package pepperoni, shredded cheese. In small saucepan, melt butter with garlic & seasonings. Stir until butter is melted. Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick spray & brush sides of pan with a little of the butter/garlic mixture.
