So, I wanted to share a bit more about my weight loss goals. I made (what I think to be) a very reasonable list of my goals. I really just want to be under 200 by the end of the year. Of course I plan to lose more after that, but for now, meeting this goal is what I'm focusing on. To get there, I would have to lose 6.5 pounds per month.
