My concept is to cover all of the racist monuments of the south, some of which people claim is their heritage but represents their racist ancestors fighting to keep slaves amongst other things. This is an iconic piggy bank statue located in Seattle's Pikes Place Market, where various crafts, foods, etc. are sold by small businesses. Once things start getting back to normal across the US, it will be important to keep reminding people of local and small businesses when they may have only been shopping at the big chains which remained open for the past few months. This is an iconic piggy bank statue located in Seattle's Pikes Place Market, where various crafts, foods, etc. are sold by small businesses. Once things start getting back to normal across the US, it will be important to keep reminding people of local and small businesses when they may have only been shopping at the big chains which remained open for the past few months.

This ad functions through an installation with in Maya Lin's Vietnam War Memorial and is meant to raise awareness to the deaths from the past and present cause my Landmines. 3 Million individuals died in the war from landmines. Using the metaphor of mining equipment a scene alters visitors of the issue. Large sign "Caution (landing ahead, at least you can see these ones). Small Sign: "In the same way 60% of our loved ones died, the Vietnam war is still killing people. I came to the same conclusion as Hannah it seems! :transforming Rio De Jeneiro's Christ the Redeemer statue by adding a bit of pride. As someone who grew up in a christian household it is really inspiring to see christians accepting LGBTQ... people.
