Here’s a festive recipe to kick off the holidays right! Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Then sift together 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. cloves, 3 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. ginger and 1 cup flour. Set aside. Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup of shortening with 1 1/2 cups sugar, then beat until fluffy. Next, add 1 egg and 1 cup of slightly warmed molasses. Step 3: Dissolve 1 1/8 tsp. Peanut Butter Cake Mix Cookies ~ Says: I have made these cookies for bake sales, parties, and a host of other occasions and they always get rave reviews. I’ve tried other recipes and I still find mine to be the tastiest, not to mention easiest, recipe around... yellow cake mix, peanut butter, oil, eggs. Easy and so delicious!
