I misunderstand things all the time, I've had others say I'm stupid because i just don't get it after being told like 5 times, but those 5 times is explained the same way so if i didn't get it the first time why repeat it 4 more times as if repetition is going to make me understand.
You’re also allowed to ASK to see the salaries of comparable positions at the company you work! This is huge because as a female (personally) I was able to see that others (who happened to be male) were making more for doing the same work. This is discrimination and I had a clear case for a raise. Just don’t ask to see someone’s specific salary i.e. “I’d like to see how much Harry makes” this isn’t allowed.
