Love photography

I had an interesting opportunity to work with this pair of loving souls who wanted some extraordinary photos for their casual pre-wedding photography. Drawing inspirations from Thumbelina, they requested to turn themselves into miniature people in their photos. The themes were derived from the proposal ring and a local eatery (Swee Choon Tim Sum Restaurant) – a place where their love story began.

After a major break up, I deeply believed that if I didn’t transform myself into a more likable woman, there would be no more happiness in my life. So I started to dispose of everything that defined the old “me”-things I did, said, and even believed, and in particular the way I interacted with men. For Megan and Scott's Boulder engagement session, I took them to Chautauqua Park to get the mountain views as well as another spot in Boulder.
