The Pygmy killer whale (Feresa attenuata) is a cetacean of the Delphinidae family. Like the False Killer Whale, it derives its common name from sharing some physical characteristics with the real Killer Whale.
the result of from a mating of a female Bottlenose Dolphin with a male false killer whale. There are few in captivity however have been reported to exist in the wild. The size, color and shape are intermediate between the parent species.
