Tlayuda.. Sooooo delicious.. The first time i ate this dish from Oaxaca was in Puerto Penasco. Some amazing ladies with grand hearts from Oaxaca were making them in the placita. They were kind enough to teach me  to make them. ....This beautiful and dear to my heart little port town.
