No carb banana pancakes. You have to turn them very carefully as they rip easily. I found the bigger you make them the easier they were to flip. Very banana-y (duh) but a nice one-person recipe when you're craving a bit of a heavier breakfast.
Avocado, Bacon and Eggs - The idea is good, but even with spooning some of the avocado flesh out the egg still spilled. Maybe divide the egg between two avocado halves? 15 minutes (or a little more) at 425 degrees in oven.
