Combine all peanut sauce ingredients and mix until smooth.   • 2. Heat water in a non-stick frypan over medium to high heat. Cucumber sushi🥒🍣 by @liliyummy (on insta) Ingredients: 1 cucumber Cooked (sushi) rice Cream cheese avocado Arugula or something similar Salmon (or shrimp, tofu) Lettuce leaves (optional) Preparation: Cut cucumber slices with a vegetable peeler and dry with a paper towel. Lay out the strips as shown in the video and spread the rice, cream cheese, avocado, salmon and rocket on top. Roll the whole thing into a roll and cut into bite-sized pieces. Now you can enjoy them.
