Always find yourself struggling after a round of intense exercise? Cool down is a group of exercises that are performed immediately after high intensity exercise at home or gym while the effects on muscle recovery are less clear. Recovery after exercise is essential to muscle and tissue repair and strength building. This is even more critical after a heavy weight training session. A muscle needs anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to repair and rebuild.
Here's a 9 Minute EMOM that is built around 3 purposeful movements. Complete 10 reps of each exercise. Do 3 rounds.
