Asparagus red potatoes and garlic. Healthy and super easy side dish.Looks like on the recipe cook the potatoes and garlic for a bit ontheir own then add the asparagus to avoid overcooking.I love crunchy asparagus so that would be my recommendation.
Weight Watchers recipe - Ranch Roasted Red Potatoes - I made these and they were pretty good. I used olive oil instead of a spray, next time I would probably not use as much dry ranch dressing as it is a bit salty. Super easy to make!
