Pasta - Al Dente
Here I collect pasta dishes that are not baked (as they are grouped al lasagna) and commonly served hot. Also, they need to be distinguished from noodles, although sometimes it can be challenging. In short, these are the pasta dishes that should be prepared "the Italian/traditional way". But as you must know, I never recede from experimentation. Here you'll also find some creative pastas, or pastas that are not Italian but have become a staple of another culture, provided I liked them.
