The wheels are Home Depot $3 per, and the glass cutter is from Harbor Freight $2. The U-Bolts are actually part of a wire rope clamp kit that came with three of them. Those and the hinge were $6 at Home Depot. The cut isnt straight, but that has more to do with the operator than the jig. It also needs a clamp to hold the cutting bar in place.
