easy baked apple cinnamon chips: Use a mandolin slicer to cut 2 apples to achieve the perfect thinly sliced apples. Line your freshly cut apple slices on parchment paper, sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon, and bake at 225 for about an hour.
Method: Cut zucchini clean inside with a spoon and put salt in small amount. Boil pasta / rice and place a layer in zucchini. Chopped onion, peppers and tomatoes, then place them over pasta / rice. Sprinkle parmesan and chopped parsley.
