Bérénice is a five-act tragedy by the French 17th-century playwright Jean Racine. Jeanne Julie Regnault, called Julia Bartet, (1854-1941) is a French actress. At age 65, in 1919, in full glory, she left the Comédie-Française, again playing Bérénice.
